It is stressful, risky, and dangerous to have a 45:1 dogs to dog handler ratio. With the constant cleaning, health checks, rotating time out, taking pictures, writing down notes for report cards,and reporting to management, there needs to be at least two dog handlers per room.Wages are also too low.

The starting pay should be higher. Value your workers, understand the current high cost of living, and pay higher than minumum wage.
