I enjoy my coworkers and working with the dogs, but it feels like we are perpetually short staffed which is stressful for everyone. We haven't had manager for the last month or so, which means everyone else has had to work more with less guidance.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with the dogs and caring for them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of my coworkers are friendly and nice, which makes it easier to work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone on the team truly cares about the dogs. They are also friendly and helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Caring for living creatures is important and hard work and I wish it paid more than minimum wage.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Off the top of my head I don't even know who the leadership team is, so sharing that out more more be good.
