I love my specific work center but i cant say much for the company. When higher ups come in i am the last person they talk to and never alone or to voice my concerns.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Compensation for employees - cost of goods , housing has gone up and salaries have not.
What makes you most happy at work?
Speaking with clients about their pets, seeing the dogs and cats, treating pets and getting them well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a small facility but we teamwork through tough times. Ideas are bounces off each other for trouble shooting issues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If wage increases were discussed more openly, work was evaluated and valued yearly. Cost of living and inflatiin should always be accounted for yearly.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of my co workers inhave worked with for many years so we have such a great work ethic. I love that i can depend on them even when we disagree.
