My time has been eye opening and constructive for the positive. Although, the downside is everytime ive been in a different position, i was given little to no training and feel as though because where I am, its hard to ask for training and support because the job is to succeed.

Always seem to be supported through my supervisor and coworkers

My supervisor is wonderful and love working with them. Everyone feels accepted and use each others feedback to help improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to laugh and joke and not make work be so serious because we can get the job done and do it right.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Job assigned to me has no clear objective/structure so I fee uts up to me to decide what that is. Plus, I'm supposed to support other departments, but feel like they are making me part of theirs and give me their tasks to complete, but that also take me away from mine.
