I have felt a bit abandoned by my manager. We are so low staffed that we hire people out of desperation, not skill. Because i am consistent in my work ethic and i show up, i feel taken advantage of. I feel very emotionally attached to the dogs and its hard for me to place boundaries.

On the good days, we are all supportive of each other and work together to get things done
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can tell they have good intentions to make it a good place to work and a good place for the pups
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Although im an assisstant manager i feel an expectation to work more hours than my manager does, and i do not get a say in my hours meaning im left to work the hours that no one else wants to work (nights and weekends)
