Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as technicians/assistants, we are underpaid in general for our skills and the increased amount of work load.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are a cohesive unit and feels like family. We all have a fantastic work ethic and work hard everyday to do the best we can for our clinic as a whole.
