I love my location. I get frustrated with things like mass marketing emails sent to our clients, often these don't pertain to us in particular and sets up confusion and frustration. Overall experience is best when we have more control, as we know our clients and what works

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At my location everyone works together to provide great care, and helps each other out. I can really only speak to my location as our focus is local and don't have too much interaction with other locations, executive team etc. If we are allowed to operate in ways that work in our community it's best
