the dogs of course! I also love our clients they are all so wonderful to us.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
being a family. knowing you always have someone you can reach out to for help. ONE PACK
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are truly a family. I have never felt that way about anywhere else i have worked. I love my team, I love the other Managers in my region. I love how it feels like a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that you can reach out to anyone and they will always help or tell you who you can reach out to for the correct answer. It never seems to be a bother and everyone is SO easy to speak to.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I currently over see my whole center and training a new GM. I do anything my RM asks even when requires driving or assisting any other store. I just want to keep my stipend pay that i have been getting for over 6 months now.
