If they are respected and valued including the human decency by management and staff with seniority. They consider the safety of every client. Helping each other out when needed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To not consider an employee that can always be replaceable. Also to give a chance to grow with in the company. Every small employee with a few flaws help build the foundation to help grow bonds with our furry friends to become family. Those are the ones to keep.
