I feel the company is looking at "numbers", impersonal, partial, and greedy. The care for dogs and workers is little. Too many companies have no integrity and respect for what they do - I feel this way about this company.

They are a good team. With proper guidance, the facility would be amazing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My co workers and the dogs. I love being with dogs - their therapeutic. My co workers are cool and good to be around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Schedule, daily of number of dogs in facility, protocol for dogs in any incidents above our control, better management, protocol for dogs and employee safety, stop the "number" games in corporate, corporate should take time to see how the facility runs
