I work alot but it is so rewarding and most of the time it feels like I am genuinely helping people and dogs and that's all I really want to do so I am really happy I am working In an environment that fulfils that.

They are all hard workers that try their best and help whenever they can.

I always feel informed and if I don't understand something I feel comfortable enough to discuss it with my supervisor.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We treat each other like family, we will always help each other but also give necessary constructive criticism to help everyone be their best.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing all the dogs playing and having fun my favorite parts are when i get to work hands on with them so I can see the happy up close
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel like my compensation reflects how much time and effort I put into my positions and the benefits are amazing I have dogs so I am so happy they get to be enrolled for pet insurance now!
