I've had some bumps in the road but overall my job is actually the best. My co workers are funny and awesome and we are all like a family there
What makes you most happy at work?
My co workers and my supervisors! I love them all!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They always have a positive attitude and we always have fun even on a long work shift!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should at least be making $10 an hour if we get leads that wont make us any sales.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Nikki was super nice and explained everything in detail. She made me feel welcome at my job and they also feed us!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always encouraging me even when I'm having a bad day. Whenever I need help they come right to me and are very patient with me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When you walk in the building the first thing you see and hear is laughing and encouragement. It is honestly the best feeling to work with such amazing people :)
