This is by far one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Our "team" consists of mainly thieves, druggies, or both. The "team" is so poorly trained that every store I go to wants me to be their D.L. person. I have 15-20 years experience. The pay is horrible! Time to quit!

Low pay and no benefits for p/t workers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Some of the store managers and associates are nice to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They better start screening the people they hire. Increase the pay and make sure employees aren't working off the clock.
