They dont pay a competative wage nor do they reward their loyal employes. There is no communication from the top, just do your job blindly and don't rock the boat. I love what i do and my store managers always give me good reviews but a 15% raise over 10 years is disheartening.

Communication is non existant, most of the time you have no idea why something is being done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Having to repeatly ask for an increase every anniversary and not getting one, even if my oerformance is excellant.
