From initially being proud to work at Dyson, to in latter years being appalled in not being able to offer the service that had been the norm in my early years.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Change the management focus away from performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Health and safety issues are totally disregarded. I have felt and still feel completely undervalued
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The need to return to a more customer focused service rather than the current performance related basis.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Act in a way to support employees, rather than disregard issues that affect the welfare and wellbeing of staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management continually disregard the opinions of staff, the tunnel vision attitude needs to return to the more customer focused service that has been provided in the past.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I used to feel proud to work for Dyson, sadly over the past few years there has been a culture of dismissiveness where opinions and experience are ignored.
