It is highly competetive and rivals compensation standards of any position.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are lots of words of encouragements and making sure constructive criticism is properly understood and taken positively
What did you like most about the interview process?
They really probed about your skills and your personality. Its easy to teach skills, however, if the personality is not there to recieve that lesson it is not a good fit.
What makes you most happy at work?
The type of impact i am having on my customer. We get feedback from customers that really showcase why my effort is valuable and why my company is worth its weight in gold.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The open communciation and making sure we have each other's back, that if someone goes on vacation someone else can pick up the work so that upon their return its as if no one left.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen and take what each individual has to say seriosuly and takes action to make sure they know we're heard. They are protective of how you feel and make sure there is true open communication between the ranks.
