It's fine. Not the best company i've worked for but as declined over the past few years.

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was easy, nice, fun, and welcoming.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More money yearly raises to fight inflation, bonuses for the amount of work done.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Work from home option, especially during the middle of a GLOBAL PANDEMIC. That is still very VERY prevalent, regardless of vaccination status.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Turn over rate in the customer service department is a joke. For whatever reason people don't want to work in that department for more than 6 months at a time. It's not my job to figure out why or how to retain employees, but it makes sense to want quality over quantity.
