There is a wonderful culture and community in my position, but the work is hard, often at the expense of mental health when paired with lack of coaching and support from upper management.

The culture and attitude of the team apart from the work. I enjoy the environment and people that surround me
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management should show compassion and how they care for people below them, make decisions that respect their teams, and allow for positive growth within the org.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Clients are frustrated due to information regarding the products (and changes) not getting to the people that are directly supporting them. Information is often relayed late or not provided to a full extent that would allow for a positive interaction.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel supported by supervisors or management above/decisions are made that directly negatively affect myself without any care for how. I also feel like if I cannot adapt to these drastic changes my job is in jeopardy. Compensation is not increased with taking on more responsibilities
