What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're changing the industry w/ an amazing product. My teammates are the best of the best.
What are some of the best things about your team?
That we are a team, in the truest sense. We help and encourage each other at every opportunity. My teammates are my friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My teammates are truly the most qualified, competent, effective, personable co-workers I've ever had the privilege to work with. They're all "cream of the crop". Amazing how Eargo has attracted such talent during a national shortage of audiologists, dispensers, engineers, admin etc, I commend them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're very professional while also being fun and personable. They inspire us and they show us their appreciation. I'm 58 yrs old, worked in numerous environments over the years, by far, no doubt, the best management I've ever experienced. They make my job fun & encourage teamwork.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's fun, the teamwork is amazing, we help people live a better quality of life and we are a fraction of the cost of traditional hearing aids. Our hearing instrument is state of the art, high definition, fully digital, our clients absolute love it. Our customer service is unrivaled.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My job is very enjoyable and rewarding, sometimes I'm amazed that I get paid (and handsomely so) to perform this job! I love my teammates and I love our management. From my direct supervisor, right up to and including our CEO. Never have I worked with such a talented group, never.
What makes you most happy at work?
That we do not take advantage of citizens with a disability by price gouging, poor customer service, then deserting them when they're trial period has lapsed. We love our clients and treat them like family. We are turning the hearing aid industry on it's ear and we're proud to do so.
