What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone gets along very well, there is a great complex diversity here that goes together like jazz.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked the recruiter and staff immediately, they really engaged with me and made me feel seen, appreciated and wanted.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The managers don't have a want of babysitting you here. They let you do your job and pull you along when necessary. They are team driven and makes for a calm, engaging environment.

What makes you most happy at work?

I have work I can take pride in and a mission to stand behind... and that is to help people. The product is innovative and there is a lot of changes but its a good bet I feel in the long run.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have an interesting group of people, from all walks of life and ages. But everyone has the same calm, inviting, relaxed composure. Its honestly a great group of people here and that's what makes it the best working with people you actually like .

What is the best part about your compensation package?

You can shine here if you have tenacity and stick to it with consistency. They are accommodating to life in Nashville - one of the wealthiest places to live in the country. Also one of the most aka expensive places to live. And they are fair to you and your time.
