As previously mentioned, I love working for Eargo. It is challenging and I am learning and growing within my role - with new opportunities presenting themselves daily. I really enjoy the people with whom I work and the level of commitment and community that I feel. We are all pulling together.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all very accomplished in their own right and are very approachable, respectful and committed - working tirelessly for the betterment of Eargo and overall hearing health. It is an honor to follow them!
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like the only thing limiting me and where I go within the company is me. My boss is very supportive and I am able to grow and stretch within my role in areas of interest. There are no glass ceilings from my perspective.
