Leadership team members at Eargo communicate clearly and openly. They admit when they do not have an answer, but will go the extra mile to find a solution for the customer or the employee. They are always available and willing to help!

The best thing about the team I am on is that we are just that- a TEAM! We work together to problem-solve or help each other out . If I owned this company, I would hire my teammates too. They are top notch professionals!
