I really enjoy talking to clients all over the country and helping them with their hearing aids.

My team is very supportive and quick to jump in if help is needed. There is no one that I just dread working with.

They are always asking our opinions about how we can improve, and they check in all the time, to make sure we are doing well personally and professionally.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The first thing they asked about was my family. They were very excited to learn I had children and discussed with me how important work-life balance is at Eargo.
