My first couple of months have been good. I have got most of the help I needed. I want to add to the knowledge by giving inputs and suggestions. I would like to work with the company for the rest of my career.

MOst of the things you need from the company to get settled is provided right from induction to guidelines to buddying up.

They are helpful and approachable. I think I can ask them any question I want and they will get the answer for it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are from diverse background and experiences. I would like to work with them as a team instead of members of a team of specialists.
