The people i work with. The new things am learning and then when it shows the impact it has created, I feel satisfied.

I feel i should be paid more with my overall experience. I give my 200% and always take on more as i like to.

We must evaluate what an employee is bring in and then try to balance the compensation. I know it cannot be corrected at one go some it should be looked at.
