Overall pretty good, when it comes to daily tasks and activities, however there are some clients that is kind of stresfull to work with, due to lack of information or even the high standars they have for a profesional to work with them.
What did you like most about the interview process?
That all is structured, however sometimes things happen and the process could get larger.

I like the transparency with the team, help between each peer to solve any kind of request.

The most important is the communication then team work is an essential tool to deliver good results.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think that diversification and the mixed cultures that exist already in the company it's what made Encora a different company where every single person feels part of it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most of the foreing companies has extra benefits for their contractors employees, such as PTO's(15 days), bonus for internet, medical insurance in some cases, and some other that actually seems very attractive at the moment someone decided to work in a company or not.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that by doing my job, I'm helping other to actually get a job or even improve their quality life by getting really good benefits from Encora, and of course had the chance to work in a company where the projects they would work are for the most competent companies in the world
