Having the certainty that what I do has a positive impact in the life of my coworkers, and that they trust me enough to allow me to do my work the best of my abilities and capabilities
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their commitment, passion, drive and (here in Mexico), that they never allow themselves, not for a moment, to forget that they work with human beings, so they're always finding ways to make sure we feel valued and cared for.
