Self management and no bosses culture is the best

Even though the compensation is good, it is below between what market outside actually offers

To see the impact that my work has in our final products and the freedom I have to manage my time

Theres is a difference between a boss and a leader and leaders at encora don't act as bosses at all, that is awesome

They are really good at teamwork, not only for work related topics but as well for day to day activities and as friends they are amazing!
