I've been working here since October/2018 and I've always been delighted about what this organization was like, but my move to this other project and the lack of opportunity left me stranded. But what left me groundless was my resignation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are constantly learning and that is wonderful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I was very happy with the life I was living, receiving my salary, benefits and PL. for me it was fantastic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My previous team was fantastic and we will always support each other. This one, I believe that in the end they also support each other in their own way.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with technology is amazing. It always opens up a new world of knowledge and renewal is like a perfect marriage, but only with the honeymoon. I love so many things that I learn every day.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At first I loved it because I was in a great team with respect and a lot of complicity. Unfortunately I had to change projects and discover a very different company, with disagreements, disorganization and lack of respect. I feel sad and depressed. My manager's decision was to fire me.
