In my 2 years of experience here, not a single business trip handled by the company went smoothly. There is always a nuisance, be it a delay in booking a ticket/accommodation, a delay in the allowance reimbursement, etc. My salary and benefits are not competitive at all.

Higher salary in line with my market. More leaves that are automatically granted, not earned.

Be transparent as to what is happening in the company's structure internally. Do not stall salary negotiations for too long. Be transparent as to what is happening in the salary negotiation process. Find a more reasonable line manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid well below the competitive salary range of my job role. The satisfaction of the client to my work's quality does NOT equate to the salary I am earning in this company. There are other companies offering salary that is way higher than my current salary.
