It used to be good but in past 6 months it changed after asking my professional and personal growth. My manager did all the tricks and bad politics so that I should leave my job but when I did not they removed me from project without prior notice and moved me to bench. It's really dis-satisfactory.

My work used to make me happy + HR initiatives on celebrating festivals
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After 6 years I got promoted and they raised only 5% as promotion amount which was only 1.5L which makes you feel undervalued. That too you have to ask again and again for promotion and they do a full politics on that too.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am disappointed in them. They only lie and play tricks with you. They do not consider you as a professional you have some growth plans. They do bad politics which leads to dis-satisfaction and demotivation. They can reduce anybodys performance by behaving in such manner.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People and leaders make company I think. I used to feel good with encora just 6 months back. but asa I asked about my personal and professional growth; everything got changed and I got removed from the project after doing so much of politics and without notification moved to bench.
