This used to be a really good and exceptional company. But that is in the past now. In recent years benefits had got worse and worse. The trust in leadership is lost. There is no clear career path for engineers. Salaries had been frozen for more than 2 years. A lot of amazing people is leaving

My team know their business, they're awesome engineers but over all amazing people!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Taking care of people as "individuals" not just as "employees". Invest in your people as you used to do years ago.
