This company brings me good opportunities like working with awesome teams (client-side teams), but there are some improvement areas regarding compensation and benefits. Communication is not always the best, we can reach our leads and hear about the company but we don't always get a good solution.

The people working in the operative area (devs mostly), most of them are great and we like to have a good time together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are open to hearing our needs, proposals, and opinions, we don't get solutions all the time but I feel I can reach out to them.
What makes you most happy at work?
My client-side team (not only Encora's workers), they are great, I learn from them all the time, and working in that team is what makes me keep working in this company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team (who I work with day to day) is always open to help and hear each other when someone needs it. They are awesome people always caring for everyone and seeking how to help so all of us can have a better experience in the company.
