Collaboration is really easy everyone understands the business and sprint goals so its very smooth to explain what is needed
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per a market research the role I am in generally received 5% higher than what I had been making or they get benefits such as yearly bonus etc but here we don't have a bonus neither is the pay out good not do we have monthly incentives This really adds to the work stress and demotivation
