Went in with fairly low expectations, based on Glassdoor reviews. Went in wanting to get involved in event production. I’m glad I had “prepared myself for the worst” however I’m happy with my job and team

Being able to move around and learn hands on about stage production.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with and the place I work. And thinking about upward mobility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all like to support each other and we have a similar sense of humor. We get our jobs done and enjoy spending time together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the PSAV experience varies from property to property. I love my team and manager. And I like how PSAV is making acquisitions into different markets because this leads to more upward mobility.
