encore Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Very empathetic and understanding but

They do their job incredibly well.

Open Communication and Townhall Meetings every month.

Review from Operations Dept

They seem very interested in my success

Review from Operations Dept

They're good at remembering your name.

Open door communication policy has been a relief

Great communication from our team leaders

My direct manager is great - flexible, coaching and teaching.

They are approachable. Concerns at the very least seem to be heard.

Review from Operations Dept

They are hiring women for leadership res.

Leadership seems to genuinely care about helping employees advance their careers.

We work together on everything

Immediate leadership cared about their people but their hands were often tied.

Review from Sales Dept

They keep employees informed of top level executive decisions, but when deployed to the field team, a lot of their processes are time consuming and redundant as the reporting is requested from local leadership.

Review from Operations Dept

Their best assets are their problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

I have had several managers at my time at Encore so far. Historically, they were very mediocre and did a poor job of leading by example. My current manager, however, is a lighthouse in an ugly sea. They are very good, and they are the reason I have stayed as long as I have.

Review from Operations Dept

They listen to their people

Comprehensive and work to help employees to growth

Good mentors, they want to help

They are invested in my success & growth in the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Valuing their people over profits

Life aside from kpi's, the service they want us to provide cannot happen when we are treated as robots not human beings

Stop badmouthing employees and be honest

The leaders at the property level does the best that they can to meet the needs but are OFTEN under this strangle hold due to the pressures and lack of support from the REGIONAL LEADERS AND ABOVE. No one ever remains with this company and if you ask then why it's lack of pay and Sr. Leadership.

They need to care more about thier role period

Listening and communicating. Truly valuing and appreciating those on the ground.

Caring about their team members, consistency and communication.

Be more supportive and help residents

in every single way they do the worst job possible.

Listen to the technicians! You may learn how to become more efficient!

Paying fair wages to lower level employees

Actual leadership. There is literally none, just empty posturing.

Review from Sales Dept

Property management needs to focus more on the crew's well being rather than hitting quotas

Review from Operations Dept

The leadership team should work to motive and inspire instead of using fear and punishment with their employees. This discourages creative and enthusiasm from their hourly employees to do more and expand their growth in the company.

Review from Operations Dept

listen to people and pay more
