My team consists of good people.
Everyone pitches in. If someone doesn't know how to perform a task or is struggling with a task, someone is always willing to help, often without having to ask. It genuinely feels that coworkers care about eachother

The team building aspect of the job is very important. My team gets along well and we all care about providing great service so we do a good job without pressure from corporate. This is not true for many properties we staff. The team spirit is lacking at almost every other location, ours is lucky

They create a toxic environment with constant negativity, selfishness and bullying to get what they want- they need to be separated bc they gang up together to get what they want.
