The vast amount of knowledeable people

friendly people, mutual respect and a willingness to help

We all collaborate regularly towards maximizing company profits by sharing equipment and labor, this culture of collaboration is good and makes you feel more connected to your peers.

The most positve thing is the techs as a team

My manager keeps me at the company. They check in with me to make sure I'm not overwhelmed with work, and when I am, they make sure to figure out how to stop that from happening in the same way again. I do feel like I have someone in my corner

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The Senior Leaders set the tone for the company and this region has the most disconnected Regional leaders. Hotels actually don't even enjoy interaction with them. There are some Directors and Sales Team members that makes it bearable.

People need to be all around nicer and better at building eachother up.

Change the bonus structure to make people care I will do more Just pay. People more and bonus them less.

The property manager and the director need to go. They focus on keeping operating costs low by constantly understaffing my team during busy weeks.

There needs to be one. Our management doesn't seem to understand that there's more to the company than the people in their offices, so we might as well work for a different company entirely for all their culture matters to us.
