Company treats people as humans. Best company I've worked (10+) in 35yrs. I still have 20yrs left before retirement and fully intend to do so from here. Great people, great company. Not a fan of having to earn vacation hours (I'm used to 1 week at start)... the only glitch. Could be a division thing
