At least at my branch, everyone’s pretty chill and for the most part gets along. Do all the fun office stuff and include the warehouse and drivers as well. It can for sure get really stressful sometimes but that’s just the world we live

Need more people to show up to work
fire managers that got there from nepotism, hire people who actually work!
Needs More diversity especially in leadership roles
Hire more people to do the neccessry work

TEAM WORK instead of flapping gums when there is work to do.

There is so much focus on cost cutting that operations is run ragged for lack of people. Burnout rate for 3rd level teams is high.
