At least at my branch, everyone’s pretty chill and for the most part gets along. Do all the fun office stuff and include the warehouse and drivers as well. It can for sure get really stressful sometimes but that’s just the world we live
People genuinely care to be a part of this team. Very bright/uplifting personalities. Some of the most friendly people I've met.

There is so much focus on cost cutting that operations is run ragged for lack of people. Burnout rate for 3rd level teams is high.
TEAM WORK instead of flapping gums when there is work to do.
