What did you like most about the interview process?

Company is good to work with but there supervisor s that think they owen it making some or allot of us les happy to come to work, on a later Note I was member of the Safety Committee a i no longer work there is been a month since was let got to a incident they call near miss but i know that was not.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

The management has no clue what they're interviewing for, the job postings have little to do with the work you're being hired for and the process takes 4-8 weeks
