My team/shift was great. Had a lot of strong key players that all tried to pull their weight.

Love most the people I work directly with as for upper management that is another story.

We listen to each other and not corporate leadership. Corporate has know clue who our customers are and what there needs are. We take matters into our own hands.

Better training from management , instead of them just watching Netflix on their laptops

yes, by stop being know it alls and when on the road, they should deal with the deliveries and put stuff away instead of just putting it aside till I return in the afternoon. There is no team work here.

Management at phoenix 1001 specifically Marvin Brown and Mike Benz harass employees so badly that they won’t even report to HR in fear of losing their jobs. Ferguson needs to look into better management. Red flag when you have people constantly quitting. Write ups for doing your
