Being around my coworkers. The office environment is so welcoming & fun. Music, good coffee, great people. Who wouldn't like that?
At my branch, it would be all the people I work with (some more than others lol)
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management needs to better understand there customers. Cut back on non selling overhead and pay the people at the branch locations better bonuses.
