The people in my group have diverse backgrounds with seemingly limitless experience in all manner of pertinent technologies and techniques.

I have the ability to identify potential issues and the latitude to create solutions without a lot of what people would call micro-managing.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusion and caring for the individual employee. Little perks for wellness, taking a break from work, and just "fun" really create an atmosphere of understanding that we are all individuals with needs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The medical, dental, and vision insurance is above par compared to some larger companies I've worked for. Stock RSUs vest more beneficially for the employee. We've recently moved to a non-accrued vacation system that can allow for generous PTO.
