Collegiality...we sometimes don't agree but when there is disagreement it is done with respect.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are all compassionate and truly care about us as employees. There is genuine concern for all of our well being and extend that to Giving Back initiatives and allowing us to be involved in our communities.
