I don't feel that I'm being micromanaged and that my time is viewed as being valuable.

The leadership team shows a lot of empathy, especially with all the bad news happening in the world.

I feel that I'm getting the resources and training I need to do my job, and at the same time I don't feel micromanaged - which is a rare and refreshing thing.

Even though I work 100% remotely, I still feel that the company cares about my success here and goes out of their way to make me feel part of the company and included.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers take the time out of their day to show me how to do certain tasks and we record these sessions so that we could make them available to other team members to learn as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
When other companies, that I have worked for, are removing reimbursements for cell phone and internet access at home, I was pleasantly surprised that Guidewire has implemented such programs as well as a stipend for the home office expenses.
