Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It's been terrific. The company/management has been very supportive of remote working, personal development, and providing opportunities for employee engagement. I've never been at a company that "checks-in" and looks to enhance the employee experience as much as GW.

Flexibility to work remotely. Also, people are from diverse backgrounds which is really nice.

openness to discuss and try new ideas, and to pivot around those initiatives that aren't working.

Mostly that they are good people. They are willing to look at all perspectives before making judgement.
What makes you most happy at work?
working on state of the art technology, flexibility of working from home and being in terrific offices
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that I'm more senior that my title indicates, but the process to move up is very bureaucratic. This tells me that I will be toiling for more years to work my way up which is not very appealing.
