I like that GW focuses on one industry, and is mostly focused on that industry with the things to do. I wonder about our overarching product strategy and wish there was more of a true north. It seems we have a lot of tech in motion but nothing iis quite done.

What makes you most happy at work?
Constructive collaboration in diverse teams, where ideas are valued and built upon.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are still small enough that our working models are not overly complicated or get into the way of innovation. The M team does a good job keeping people informed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I go above and beyond my core mission and duties frequently. I do not feel that is being recognized. I wish we'd benchmark some of our non Engineering roles a bit more extensively.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Mike is very open and approachable, personable even. Jeff makes numbers sound fun. Sinead is very clear and succinct why and how people matter. I am unclear around Priscilla's new role and who is the COO nowadays. I like that we have chief customer officer
