Dedicated to growth and mostly transparent but atill rely on the old guard and new ideas though welcomed are not pursued
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Took a pay cut to come tonGW with the promise of more realonsibilities and roles but unfortunately has not happened - also partly die to market dynamics
