I have been with the company for one year. Never have I ever felt more appreciated for the work that I do. The credit others give me is so important to my confidence. I do have concerns with recent cuts at Guidewire and that makes me a little uneasy about security, but overall I'm comfortable.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary and bonus structure is great!
What makes you most happy at work?
The work that I do. I love sharing stories, writing stories with the voice of the customer as the director.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inclusivity. While I may not be involved in ERGs I believe they help all those who are "different" feel welcomed and appreciated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they have an open-door, open question policy. I feel that they really do listen to concerns and are open to receiving feedback of all kinds, even negative. I appreciate that they are willing to tackle tough questions from employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My manager and I are a two member team and we are very close on a professional and personal level. I know I can talk to her about anything. I also appreciate that she gives larger/harder tasks to me and lets me run with them instead of micromanage
